Are your products cruelty free?
Royal Cosmo Products are never tested on animals and we are cruelty free.
Are your products 100% organic?
Although we are 100% natural and most of our ingredients in our products are organic, not all of them are. We use only safe, non-toxic, high-quality, clean ingredients that are sustainably sourced, free of any harmful chemicals or preservatives.
Are you paraben and sulfate free?
Absolutely yes we’re free of parabens, sulfates, and any harmful ingredients
Are your products Halal?
Yes we are proud to offer products that are 100% halal
Do you offer your products on wholesale or an affiliate program?

My Order
How do I know when I will receive my order?
Once a package has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number. If you have not received the email (make sure to check “spam” folder), please email info@royalcosmoproducts.com
Can I cancel or change address/payment on my order?
Once an order has been placed we are not able to edit or modify orders including shipping address. If you made a mistake in your order, please email info@royalcosmoproducts.com
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
Yes we are able to ship to P.O Boxes
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we do not ship internationally. At this time we ship within the United States including Puerto Rico, Canada, US Virgin Islands.
What is your Return Policy?
We will try are best to resolve the issue and under most circumstances we do not issue a refund, we will offer an exchange or a store credit. If you have been approved for a refund all products must be returned within 14 days of purchase. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment.
